“It’s a good price,” said Quinn, adding: “The market is decent. It’s a little slower than it was a year ago. The last two years with COVID buyers, it’s been a pretty frantic market. So it’s levelled out.”
Quinn says the house offers privacy and prestige, and could appeal to an overseas buyer.
