This week’s forecast for Toronto should be a humid and rainy one, says Environment Canada.
Toronto can expect rainfall beginning Monday afternoon with a high of 25 C and the gloomy streak should last through Wednesday night with temperatures hovering in the low 30s, according to Environment Canada.
The weather agency said Monday afternoon will bring a risk of thunderstorms and rainfall between 25 to 55 millimetres. A few clouds are expected Monday night with a low of 20 C.
Rainfall continues Tuesday afternoon with a 40 per cent chance of showers and potential thunderstorms, with temperatures expected to reach a high of 30 C with a humidex of 38 and a very high UV index of 9, before cooling down to 23 C in the evening.
Wednesday afternoon will bring a mix of sun and cloud, with temperatures expected to reach a high of 31 C, said the weather agency. Both, day and night, will see a 60 per cent chance of showers.
Thursday through Sunday will be a mix of sun and clouds, with temperatures hovering around the high 20s, before dropping to lows of 18 C at night, says Environment Canada.
Sunday will also bring more rainfall, with a 40 per cent chance of showers, so keep your umbrella and your sunscreen handy this week.
