Two suspects sought in connection to July 7 homicide in Toronto’s east end

Toronto police are looking for two suspects considered armed and dangerous in connection to a homicide investigation.

On July 7 at 8:05 p.m., officers responded to an ambulance call in the Gerrard Street East and Woodbine Avenue area.

There, police found a woman suffering from serious injuries. She died at the scene.

The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Megan Elizabeth Crant.

As a result of the investigation, police are looking for two suspects. Nicholas Hirsch, 25, of Toronto, is wanted for first degree murder and Chelsey Mais, 29, of Toronto, is wanted for accessory after the fact to murder, said police.

“They are both considered to be armed and dangerous,” said police. “Do not approach and call 9-1-1.”
